Important Return Policy
Returns Accepted Within 7 Days (Change of mind is not applicable as a Return Reason for these products)

2.2 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of such information.
2.3 All chocolates sold are fresh and of premium quality unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice due to the perishable nature of our products.
3. Pricing and Promotions
3.1 All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
3.3 Any promotions, discounts, or special offers are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
3.4 Pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed due to pricing errors.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment information
- Quality concerns due to storage or shipping conditions
4.2 We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit card payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Buy Now Pay Later services (KOKO, Directpay)
- Bank transfers
4.3 For prepaid orders, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and delivery fees, to your chosen payment method.
4.4 For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in cash to our delivery partner upon receipt of your order.
4.5 We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We offer shipping services within Sri Lanka. Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we currently do not offer international shipping.
5.2 Delivery timeframes:
- Within Colombo: Same day or next day delivery
- Other areas in Sri Lanka: 2-3 business days
5.3 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
5.4 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the weight of your order (measured in kilograms).
5.5 We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely shipping and delivery of your orders, maintaining proper temperature control for chocolate products.
5.6 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
5.7 Special care is taken to package chocolates to prevent melting during transit, but we recommend immediate refrigeration upon receipt.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
6.2 Change of mind is not applicable as a return reason for chocolate products due to their perishable nature and food safety regulations.
6.3 Returns will only be accepted for:
- Damaged products during shipping
- Wrong items delivered
- Quality issues (melted, expired, or contaminated products)
- Manufacturing defects
6.4 All returned chocolates must be in their original, unopened packaging.
7. Product Safety and Storage
7.1 Chocolates are temperature-sensitive products. Upon receipt, store them in a cool, dry place or refrigerate as recommended.
7.2 Chocosia is not responsible for product quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.
7.3 Check expiry dates upon receipt and consume products within the recommended timeframe.
7.4 If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please check product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and website design, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Chocosia or its licensors.
8.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
8.3 The Chocosia name and logo are trademarks of Chocosia.
